I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely../ m3 E# ~) O6 J! z6 Q! p3 }& A* W
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment
+ y& M  b# G2 n4 m$ \the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
