Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

2 v% y( }$ K; t7 r; HStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
  G- n) c; m, X3 OStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
5 @8 G% Y9 p& n1 ?+ XStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. 6 @1 |5 B2 }; h+ \# w
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.

   left or right to turn, and drag up or down to raise of
