Step 1: Start Word 2000. 4 Q2 m9 \. T9 e# I2 G
Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
' F5 b3 a& P$ l3 C# b4 Y! L! GStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
" t8 o" [- u9 e, o" `Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. 9 W- E, [# S/ @$ X7 U# s; Q  W
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.
, Q. m/ }3 d; V' ?3 d        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar. 8 r6 P, J: z9 |+ B: H
It will create an Icon that looks like a magic eight ball.
