Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

go to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft

Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
! Y1 H! M2 l8 o: w" F7 z' X. k, M( BStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. ) n. V3 B9 f  ?' P* ^
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
