Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

go to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft 1 _& B, w+ u+ R8 m2 Y, ]
word' then click on the top of the letter W in the top

& k2 K% M: o$ e2 ~! ^! ~  l1 YStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
. D( H, g- C9 U) S6 jStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
1 l" ?7 T$ E' K4 T- l. ~6 X6 K# z# VStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. . |  q9 Z& G4 y5 o# W- _3 K
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection. 1 U! }0 h5 }4 l' p
        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About - e) A! n  t7 c: L) J" ?
         Microsoft Visual Basic (About Microsoft Visual Basic will be in a editable text field)

Step 7: Close the Customize box (using the Close button).

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.
