Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

Step 1: Start Word 2000.

Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.   B8 [" E8 M0 Q4 P5 }8 \0 Q0 d
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
