Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it.

Step 1: Start Word 2000.
" E  T( _* Y5 Z" WStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. 2 e- R( A( R+ c# p
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
2 h9 K% ?4 p: H0 z9 X! V( DStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
% m/ G) R7 `" t' N) r$ q+ x! kStep 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.
3 x" i- D& u  F9 r$ B: d" f+ K  v/ K1 d        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About
