Step 1: Start Word 2000.
' F$ ~$ j/ I6 K8 A) S2 `Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
) r' n" p; U- J& ~) ~Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. 5 |; Z2 k; j1 v2 @0 ^
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
% ]( R1 A! L2 {! _  |1 uStep 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection. ' `# ?, l( p% K) T* ^$ {8 X
        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About 6 N4 q' ~. P6 ]1 q; C4 [$ n1 |+ s
         Microsoft Visual Basic (About Microsoft Visual Basic will be in a editable text field)

Create a new database, or open an existing database. Create a new macro

Close the macro. Drag the new macro to the toolbar to create an icon 2 A# Y! j2 c; P5 U  a  P
that resembles a "Magic Eight Ball" toy. Click on the icon to get a $ o* w" C+ r3 @! o! I
