Run Word and type BLUE (Caps important) then select it. 0 k7 j2 B# x4 [" V( A8 a2 `
Go to the format bar at the top and then down to font. 7 M* v% s% R4 @7 }5 H9 ^
Make the style Bold and the colour blue press O.K then
$ k9 H& w( E) Q! O; Z8 pgo to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft 3 s8 J  {$ c7 {! E/ s- v9 `3 u
word' then click on the top of the letter W in the top

Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
9 a$ z8 s2 a) ~) r# h' LStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
* s, H8 N/ L# u3 rStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
# E7 ^9 J. Q7 k$ w0 @6 X8 V% e% _Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.
' `% x3 H# v+ a" u: j; C3 @        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About

Close the macro. Drag the new macro to the toolbar to create an icon . a8 v  c1 N! c& K9 x' s4 V
that resembles a "Magic Eight Ball" toy. Click on the icon to get a

   forward, the right mouse button to go forward, drag
