the most winning team now is Feuosma and Electronic Unicorn but they don't have the most TO...

I think they set this for one obvious reason...
If the playoff we're playing is the same as NBA's playoff...then who would want players that are teams which definitely won't make it to the playoffs?! E.g CHA etc...
