for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

$ w& U: f9 w+ v% w0 g9 iit's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

" @2 N4 x1 v+ t% k w3 s* ~; K3 cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& m: \4 e( f2 @6 F5 O

! R$ T9 X3 j; @, |the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
