for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

! Q, u1 ~( R6 ?  z; Z, \: gfor the extended interview:9 P4 ^' Z* ]4 i& h9 [7 }; U
1 ?3 k# E# X5 h1 G
it's divided into 2 sections,4 ?$ b* P, [" b# G$ \
1 is impromptu talk
; g% U) L3 K) m  S* @: E; c1 l: Vanother is group discusion9 [+ G- C3 f- e8 W7 N# [' ]/ t

& |  Y# \' H  lall conducted in english) Z& C" P  B+ T0 w
( g( C, e/ M! o+ c* x, V& z
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."8 a, X, T& l) j' g- m, B  ~

S( U# m7 tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ c$ Q* q- s  ?" j  c

for final interview:

& |! F+ h$ {& K: z$ _4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
