for the preliminary interview:

/ q) f- |/ |; }# {, F: `there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

8 }) g0 g0 R$ Y$ |& E3 m' qfor the extended interview:

! A& G# x3 `3 d7 M) J* I1 I; Hit's divided into 2 sections,
! l+ a5 V- U) h# C$ o* v) h1 is impromptu talk
: `! m( h- b& N5 Ranother is group discusion
  t" y+ K8 @. i# [/ o/ R
  @6 S8 a( c! lall conducted in english7 O7 L& u! n* Y) z

. e3 E1 _" y8 _% ~8 s/ ]% f' ]6 Iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

$ Z4 X5 K2 `# G. ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; ~" L5 r+ |5 B0 r6 d
# H2 n) h  E4 Q7 O/ e' O; J

for final interview:4 F/ d( Y7 G, n( i" U8 u

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes9 d) D+ u8 O: s( L$ U$ s

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
