for the preliminary interview:

5 n# V% E& m+ c0 H+ Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......; ]$ g- j; u+ r) ]) p; k
4 b/ c. o a2 b) I' Nfor the extended interview:1 y( J. X6 d E4 D# u

it's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english7 c8 s j9 {- D: q2 Z
1 M! Q9 s" i5 Y; Nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
