When I travel Japan (same for France),

+ O, B- ^4 y+ C0 b) yBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.$ s5 Y: S' x5 _( y& p

0 S( J7 l5 G( U; sHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
