When I travel Japan (same for France), * y; c7 p8 h/ I; s6 p
I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
# z- o8 a9 ]/ W# D6 z2 a" f, [  f9 JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.4 u7 h, e! a: @. h: y" x

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,7 Y# C9 A; l' w. V; E
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.4 \) z: W1 K( ^6 W- M
Therefore I here announce people: ' `( g) R6 J2 E8 I$ s& [& e( ^% K4 ]
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
