Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.9 u( J( ]7 G& H/ d9 U( g
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.3 C7 g# a; @' W  [' N8 G: n% H# b( y
5 x; V5 m/ u' ?& c. P  U, ]
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,+ g; {& ]% U" v: u" Y: _) n
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
