慣性失眠,有何辦法可以解決?
成日失眠,巳經係慣性失眠。一日可能只係訓到一兩個鐘,吾好彩就攤到天光。去問醫生羅安眠藥,十次比得個一次,中要係無用。中醫又睇過,都係無用。有無brother有經驗,有心得,點樣至可以舒緩下失眠的痛苦……? 上26fun...唔係講笑....
有時我都係要等自己真係好想訓先訓到... 嘗試開收音機聽香港電台,因午夜後港台播的全部是比較舒情的歌曲,有助放鬆神經,幫助入睡,
但記得將音量收細,避免蘇擾他人 其實我都有同樣問題
最重要係日頭又冇精神}k/]:P? LP,UGU
夜晚又訓唔著/訓得唔好 其實可能係你慣左夜訓..J+z!|,XHU6HO|
試下將精力用哂響日頭...十二點去訓應該得..n;C9s%wE4\zw
