其實正式扒房係唔會叫幾成定幾多成熟, 只係嚮d茶餐廳同d花X餐廳等等先會咁叫t*kXs1KS
其實應該係
rare------------------> 全生, 只係煎熟個面|%Y,]*_.T;\V
medium rare-------> 半生熟
medium-------------> 接近全熟
medium well--------> 全熟
well done------------> 爛布
