點解炒「懶」飯,通常都用隔夜飯?

不過, 如果我要食炒飯, 我都唔會用隔夜飯
因為...............邊有咁多隔夜飯
想食果時先至煲飯去炒
其實用新鮮飯都無乜問題, 如果煲飯果時控制得好, 同埋炒得好 becoz fred rice is a traditional chinese food by poor ppll~ 新鮮飯一樣可以,視乎你點炒 新鮮飯炒起黎係痴埋......好似飯糰咁XDXD
隔夜飯炒起黎鬆鬆散散,隔夜飯應該好食D 易d炒到乾身 因為新鮮飯太多水份
