蟹拍開佢就煮得,一係斬哂手腳煮,i like 羗葱炒~

我最鍾意就係買大隻既紅蟹(約兩斤)番黎就咁清蒸,佢啲肉係可以甜到連豉油都唔使點,而且大紅蟹好乾淨,可以就咁用刷洗一洗就可以拎去煮,無乜泥‧‧‧‧‧青蟹就麻煩好多,肉蟹同蓔蟹都要劏,洗得好淨先可以拎去煮‧‧‧‧‧但個人偏向用蒸既方法多過炒,覺得正好多‧‧‧‧‧‧
