使唔使啊!!!!
陶大最近都出左隻雞汁豉油啦,
急凍雞翼1磅,8隻-12隻到,
滾水落少少鹽,之後放急凍雞翼出水,息火浸1min到,
之後落250ml陶大雞汁豉油+100ml清水褒滾,(可以隨意加姜片or蒜頭泥,會香D)
落出左水的雞翼去褒滾左的汁到,慢火褒5mins到,之後息火焗一陣10-15mins,
自己隨意,喜歡嫩D的少D時間,自己用筷子試下熟未,越耐越入味.

我唔煮飯都識煮,而且味道都ok,最難就係掌握火路,
想嫩又想入味都幾考功夫ga,大家不妨試試!!
