脆唔脆邊就睇下夠唔夠油(同炸野同一原理),
油熱→蛋→蛋白變白→得閒(了)隻蛋個底(唔係會黏,如果唔夠油的話)
多油煎的話,煎個時會芝芝聲,隻蛋會跳下跳下,所以根本唔會黏底
記得煎到就得果時落d鹽/胡椒,禁隻蛋就更好食啦:lol:
如果都係唔得就買個煎蛋用既框:gun:,個框又有不同形狀:D,但禁就唔會有脆邊....:hitwall::crybye:
