How to make 太陽蛋

when i make 太陽蛋, sometimes te york is over cook, sometimes 唔脆邊,
brothers pls teach me

用多少少油煎, o係煎既同時用個鑊剷去剷起d油淋上蛋黃面, 但係記住個火唔可以太大, 又唔好太大, 如果唔係既話一係就個黃太熟, 一係就整到個黃好靚, 但係個邊唔脆~

練習下啦~~~~
