(分享)川椒雞川椒雞
材料:
雞柳8両,珍珠葉10克,老抽1/2湯匙
雞醃料:
川椒粉1茶匙,乾蔥(切片)1粒,蔥(切碎)1粒,雞粉1茶匙,糖、米酒各1茶匙,魚露1/4茶匙,麻油1茶匙,生粉2茶匙,老抽1湯匙
做法:
1.雞柳洗淨,瀝水,抹乾,切成條狀,以雞醃料醃30分鐘。珍珠葉洗淨,抺乾。
2.拌勻生粉和水各3湯匙成漿粉。將漿粉灑於珍珠葉上,以中火輕炸至葉身香脆,瀝油及放於碟上。
