燒排骨
材料: 排骨500克,甜辣椒雞醬4匙,蒜蓉、水、鹽、生抽、酒糖以及麻油少許。製法: (1)排骨洗淨抹幹,用鹽、生抽、酒糖調成調味料,醃約2個小時備用。
(2)爐溫度調至180℃,預熱15分鐘,放入排骨50分鐘至熟。

用焗爐都可以做到接近既效果 :good:
