extra virgin用黎做沙律,學你咁查麵包食
因為太靚ge油加熱會破壞佢ge營養
所以煮野通常會用d級數低d ge 好似pure ... light...咁上下名ge油
不過通常我都係買初榨extra virgin一支就算!
