用蛋炒飯會易d

當然要燒熱個鑊先落油, 落多少少咁多, 跟住落"冷飯", 盡量一路炒一路鬆開佢, 到炒到咁上下落一隻"fak"好左既蛋, 均勻淋o係d飯面到, 跟手再快炒一陣, 咁樣最易炒到"金鑲銀", 一粒粒分得開~

如果個鑊夠紅,d油夠熱,真係唔駛俾咁多油架!

如果嫌d炒飯過份乾身,咪可以加番少少少少水或者少少少少上湯濕濕佢黎炒囉
