可以將一個唔甜既西瓜變做甜既西瓜 :good: 呢個我識!我好耐之前問過人...
記得係因為加鹽會產生滲透作用..英文係....O 咩咩
鹽令到個西瓜水份減少,糖ge濃度自然會提高!
所以你咪覺得甜dlor:)

以前冇咁多人有雪匱,又想D野凍D,所以先加鹽
加鹽後 ,西瓜表面的水份把鹽溶左,係溶鹽E個過程
水份的溫度变低,所以D西瓜/汽水會凍D:good::good::good:

因為,灑上鹽後,西瓜裡的水分會跑出一些來;西瓜裡的水分減少了,糖份的濃度就提高了,吃起來就比較甜。
