芝士周打海鮮焗意粉

芝士周打海鮮焗意粉
 
材料:
周打海鮮湯一罐
螺肉約十五粒
意粉隨意
薑片、蔥段少許
香草少許
芝士1至2片(撕成一塊)  
做法:
1. 螺肉洗淨飛薑蔥水以去除雪味;
2. 焗爐預熱180度;
3. 油鹽水烚熟意粉,過冷河,並倒入一可入焗爐之容器備用;
4. 把罐頭湯倒於煲中逐漸加入半罐水,並與螺肉同煮;
5. 把(3)倒入(2)中,芝士塊鋪面,灑上香草,入爐焗至表面金黃即可。

有次去扒房前菜同一個"白湯"
湯上面有快餅乾:lol:
我見幾靚"不"啖黎飲
嘩!!裡面有一粒粒魚肉

: use can food 螺肉 is better, because it is more delicious and more clean...^^

可惜老闆睇實
如果唔係我真係會偷飲 hahah~
