不過有時用腩飯 !!!

這不失為一個好辦法:good: the most important thing is the quality of rice should be good, should be sticky enough.. 即使自己病左我都可以識煮靚靚粥,正~ 等我try下整先,thx 粥其實好難控制~~要整到一碗靚粥 之前一定失敗n次... 分開煮
食粥有粥味,食有味, 都係買穩陣d 加d海鮮會好正囉~ 米就最好用雙羊米,如果想粥滑,用鹽同皮蛋撈米再煮,或者落腐竹煮,都會靚得好滑。同埋唔好攪太好,會出水架~ put it together faster :haha: 熬粥確實很有學問,不過米也很重要
