[b]197X後期 當時幾歲:[/b]果時最鍾意食凍野.因為屋企係冇得食....
1...食冰, 紅豆冰, 菠蘿冰, 凉粉冰, 棷汁:lol:, 夏天整返杯確係極品, 不過冰豆 5毫子一杯, 唔係經常夠錢, 多數食 淨(菠蘿糖水冰) 或 奶水(花奶加冰)多, 只賣2毫.
2...生腸, 尤魚鬚, 糖牛肉, 加麻油, 豉油, 甜醬 :good:

果陣升中學, 財力大增, 多咗好多野食!

零用錢隨經濟起飛, 我既戰場亦走出屋邨, 殺出小販皇國---深水埗.
深水埗主要戰線分 兩條,
第一戰線, 福華街黃金門口
1...棘椒, 魚肉, 炸番蕃, 其中三色椒為極品!!
2...生菜魚肉湯, 碗仔次 加勁麻油胡椒粉
3...BBQ 大王, 一架巨型鐵車上面有半邊油礶作為大鑪, 有雞脾, 雞亦, 大紅腸等....既叫既燒, 再加沙爹汁:good:
第二戰線, 鴨寮街
1...生腸, 尤魚鬚 :good: 極品 加豉油甜醬介棘:drool:
2...炸大腸 :good: 極品 [u]腸頭加豉油酸梅醬[/u]
3...崩大碗 清甜無比

當年鴨記大腸婆婆相信去如黃鶴......之後都未食過好野......
咩叫好野? 腸身結實, 皮脆肉香, 腸中有香料, 加上原味生抽王同冰梅醬, 冇雪味, 先叫好野..

深水涉真係80年代掃街聖地! 嗰時用炭火燒出嚟d串燒同而家煎出嚟嗰d真係天壤之別,碗仔翅又唔會一patpat,炸魚蛋又唔係家下d咁死實,自從入左舖,一切都變得似是而非… 油麻地都有兩擋好野...
1.近勝利道公廁附近, 呀叔糖心牛肉, 巨型雞脚. [1987-1990]
2.窩打老道近彌敦道惠康門口, 假髮呀叔咖喱墨魚豬皮..[1994-1996]
