Romance is a feeling. Suprise is a feeling. Happy is also a feeling. so it may come up with a formula : Romance = Suprise x Happy. Try to do something to give her suprise and happy than she will feel the romance. It don't need to expend much money but it is important to know her expectation in advance because definition of Romance is different to everyone.
