1. 紅豆用水浸一晚
2. next day 洗淨紅豆, 隔水
3. 大火煲滾水, 加入紅豆 (水 : 紅豆 比例 為 1 : 0.5) 及 1/3 杯白米 (令煲糖水更綿), 用大火煲半個鐘, then 熄火
4. 蓋著煲蓋焗 20 分鐘, 再開細火煲 30 分鐘, 紅豆會開始爆開
5. 用篩逐少撈起紅豆, 用匙羹壓爛紅豆,再放回煲內,咁樣紅豆就會起沙
6. 煲到起沙後, 再用篩隔走豆殼渣
7. 最後加適量冰糖, 煲溶即成好味紅豆沙,
