吉野家牛肉飯(人人都煮到)
超市購買材料:1.火鍋牛肉片2盒
2.洋蔥一顆
3.日式醬油(柴魚風味)
4.味醂
調味料:
1.日式醬油半碗
2.味醂3大匙
3.砂糖半大匙
4.開水半碗
做法:
1.將半顆洋蔥切片,然後放入油鍋中拌炒至半熟
2.加入牛肉拌炒至變色
3.把所有調味料都加進去,攪拌均勻煮滾
4.蓋上鍋蓋,小火悶一下,煮到洋蔥變軟
What is味醂? 味淋是一隻日本煮用的酒,帶少少甜味,係一般的日本supermarket (UNY/Jusco) 可以買到 非常多謝此食譜, thanks! I will try try 一定會試...thx.. Hmm the raise of 吉野家 is beacuse of WWII. Dut to insufficient of beef, they have to use the leftover beef from ribs (thats why they have thin slids)...
So it is supposed to be some kind of cheap rise and its recipie may be a bit too old but it was once highly praised in Jap. 好!!!!!!!
