it really depends on your budget and your purpose. g!Yy7qC*J
1. Purpose: if your purpose is self-use, then you don't need to care too much on their appreciation value (of course it is still a concern, only that it is less a focus). if that is the case, i will consider somewhere which is not that pricy but maintain a good quality of living, relatively. For example, tseung kwan o is not a bad choice, though the appreciation value is not very high from my point of view. on the other hand, if your purpose is to invest and will sell it later, then the concern will obviously be very different.

2. Budget: This is clear. If I have no money, I just choose somewhere I can afford.... If I have, yes as above, Happy Valley or Mid levels.... :P
