how to solve this problem ? 我慣性全用口....
吸一下呼二下..... Don't go too fast at the beginning, just try to breath slowly. But most importantly, try to jog at a most comfortable rate...practice makes perfect. 我習慣跟步伐..NQi@%W,`FT
