我一開始跑就鼻吸吸口呼呼,j;p9e7_^8GzB跑左大約5分鍾度就頂唔順 開始用個口係咁大呼大吸

吸一下呼二下..... Don't go too fast at the beginning, just try to breath slowly. But most importantly, try to jog at a most comfortable rate...practice makes perfect. 我習慣跟步伐..k v1\*|,^
