Review + Tasting Notes: 1995 Château Pichon-Longueville Baron[隱藏]
Smell:
Not so deep. Light fragrance, not strong, smells just like normal wine. Nothing fantastic.
Sight:
Deep Red. For a bottle of 1995, it's a good color, maybe the vintage wasn't so good. Thick ripples during a normal swirl, thick body but very smooth. Very small notes of crystalization.
Taste:
I opened, left it to breathe for 15 minutes. After i poured it over and drank a first sip and it was tasteless. I can only taste alcohol. As i left it in the cup for about 30 minutes, the taste started to come out. Very light and beautiful. Colorful + very well blended. I could taste a VERY VERY tiny bit of tabacoo leaf, but so tiny it is un-noticable unless told. Lots of grapes, not so dry. After, I left the bottle to warm and poured another cup in 2 hours. It was way better than the first time. My suggestion is to leave the bottle to cool for at least 1-2 hours before you drink it.
Overall: 9/10
If you like light wine, drink this. I wouldn't buy this again.
