well be frank, if yr family business is still going good in future and now is only cash flow problem, selling yr flat might be an option. But if not, maybe yr famiily should "cut lost" if u know what I mean.:(:(

bankruptcy must be last step. but even bankruptcy, you have to keep your flat for your famaily livings.
