anyway thx 對我黎講只得2個方法, 就係生食同熟食^^
細過多數生食, 大過較衛生熟食多 絕對正確, 之前睇過D集誌, 話出前一丁包湯粉用100c 水溫煮, 會釋放有毒物質, 故不要把湯粉放在水中煮沸. 而應用滾水落o係有湯粉湯碗度.

I heard about that a few times as well, so I don't put boiling water into those soup powder anymore.
