Only me.....:D i bet on nelson almost every year...haha...he is steady but nothing spectacular....also, playing with Howard is a big plus!

If I were you, the next move I'd do is to get rid of Iverson. I'd try propose him for R.Stuckey + another descent guy. So it would be 1 for 2 and drop Kleiza.
Then your team should be back on track. Tyrus and Hinrich will be your two border line players who you can drop and pick up according to waiver talent.

I don't think it's impossible to move Iverson for R.Stuckey with a 1 for 2 trade.
You just need to package your players and propose at the right time...
