台南市一名色膽包天的失業男子，昨上午喝酒壯膽，學蜘蛛人從十一樓陽台徒手爬到十樓，侵入鄰居住處，強壓正在睡夢中的女鄰居意圖性侵，女鄰居佯稱適逢生理期，但惡男不罷休，要求口交，女鄰居懼怕就範，但十五分鐘後，惡男仍不舉，突然推開女鄰居說：「妳去報警，把我抓去關吧！」

女鄰居跑到派出所報警，警員到場，見林姓男子（四十五歲）仍下半身赤裸，呆坐在床上，立刻逮捕。林妻被警方通知到警局，獲知丈夫性侵女鄰居，對著丈夫大罵：「找不到工作已經很煩了，還搞出這麼丟臉的事！」把外套丟給丈夫，轉頭就走。
11樓攀降10樓闖入
警方調查，昨上午，住在民生路的林嫌趁妻子外出，在家喝了一小瓶高粱酒，竟打起樓下二十餘歲單身女鄰居的主意，學蜘蛛人從十一樓住處陽台，徒手爬進十樓女鄰居住處。
林嫌先打開落地窗，走到身穿薄紗睡衣、好夢正酣的女鄰居床邊，右手摀口，左手勒脖，要女鄰居讓他洩慾。女鄰居不願失身，臨機應變說：「我剛好生理期，是否可以放過我？」林嫌遂要求口交，女鄰居只有乖乖配合。
沒想到十五分鐘後，林男依舊不舉，居然推開女鄰居，獨自一人癱軟坐在床上，反而要求女鄰居去報警。女鄰居在案發後由男友陪同，到醫院驗傷並到警局製作筆錄。
辯稱失業沒性生活
林嫌供稱，因自己跟妻子去年底同時失業，且性生活失調，夫妻一個多月沒做愛，才想找人洩慾。自己跟這名任職店員的女鄰居因同搭電梯而認識，知道對方住在自己家樓下，而且是上夜班，陽台又沒裝設鐵窗，昨天酒後起色心，才攀爬到女鄰居家圖逞獸慾。警方初步偵訊後，依妨害性自主、侵入民宅等罪嫌，將林男移送法辦。
培靈關西醫院院長李光輝表示，強暴犯作案時，會激發腎上腺素，但是引發陰莖勃起的副腎上腺素，必須在安全、舒適環境下才能夠分泌，失業男侵入鄰居住處而意圖性侵，可能是因為太過緊張而無法勃起。
