自製綿花糖

準備開始工夫~

登登~倒起拎去雪~咁就搞掂~

之後cut cut cut~真係好似豆腐law~XD

後感~
其實應該有2個整法~我整lei個麻麻地好食~
同埋太"林"身喇~唔知係唔係我做漏左d咩呢><:haha:
如果有ching知道我做漏左d咩麻煩提一提我~~
搵日要再搵下有邊個食譜~再整過!!!

***新增食譜~
蛋白....100g
粟膠....175g
糖........175g
魚膠粉...80g
水.......15g
椰c....適量

粟膠, 糖, 水(50g)煮沸之後備用
魚膠粉, 水(30g)混合
打起蛋白~
將所有野混合再打到企身~
模具上抹油~倒起放入雪櫃半小時~
cut到想要既大細~yum椰c~完成^^
