i think the def. line is not bad, consistant and tough, but better swap Stam and Nesta's places
but there's seems not much creativity in midfield, except Giggs, but defense might be strong coz they are all tough guys in midfield.
u may try to replace one of Keane/Gattuso/Davids with a creative player, well like Zidane
Cafu's a good choice as one of the 32+ player, coz he's able to keep a high standard
for the strikers, Shevchenko's my favourite striker, i'm happy u picked him:D
but i think Gudjohnson's not really capable to lead the offence
maybe i've misunderstood the reasons u picked the team, pls feel free to correct me :D

the chemistry might be very good:D I have time to read your system.......
but I am worried if you use 3-5-2, Cafu and Giggs will be exhausted so easily as they are really old in your choices.....
Normally, if you use 3-5-2 system, the Wing back should be young... cos they need to run so many times.. (cos in offense and defense....) 5-3-2 in defense, 3-5-2 in offense

Defence
The back consist of all Italian, cos they are the best in defence, dont worry about their age, cos if you are experience enough, you dont need to do to much running.
Midfield
2 defensive player to cover the back, but also they are both great passer of the ball, and hold the ball in the middle of the park or shoot from outside the box.
The 2 wide man can use as a wing back or a winger, cos they can do all the running in the game, both good at offensive and defensive play.
Ballack would be use as a play maker....to open up the defence....could also shoot from either foot
Striker

how about using Vierira, I think he will be better to cover the back
and his attack is improving too. the lineup isn't bad.. a great idea.
just language problems may cause some miscommunications by the team

哈. I thinkthis team is a bit too offensive wor.....cole and cafu will at the back will leave too much space at the back if they go forward.....if cole and cafu dont go forward, they are not solid enough at the back..
but the combination of midfield is quite good wor...but i will just chose one between 朗拿甸奴 or 薜高.........and pick a cm at the middle... as Lliu said, it's too attactive... if you play 3-4-3 system, you should have some great defensive stopper(s) in midfields.
but you never have it...
secondly, language barrier would be a big problem..
thirdly, pls read back for the first page, this lineup is different than other one.

if u wanna play w/ 3 defenders, they should be solid central def. IMO.
there might not be enough defence in the midfield as well, a CM/DM instead of those OMs may help..
the front line's lightning fast though, but Owen seems not as good as some years ago.. if u picked him as below 25, i think that might be a better Owen:D
but if we take your team to play Winning.. we might win by 10 - 5:lol:
