Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two, J6[5L H E8`x"r g1F

_L2}q;I;V,Fk 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!! ;r-C t5l1TO
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.
6npY:}N8qO1xnT
zW[7o @)s+f QX 2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.!SzD&~7Hd#no

MOC2^g$@ v8? Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind.
'v\O,Z7P0p@ z^+`6_.k4?f
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
9}&K!Vsa%O)wz+G p
nZ H m$?4NY Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.u9| hH,C/l
cm(W C|uV
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. *A.OPh9Ag`;Q\.D U&r/U

0^)w8K3?)H?7J6E l Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
