c#w}!xZ!XY&y Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
o-aXc,h:};rm
S$p)|7I g/tsp 1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
,^4]A6Ap](M Q High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. gt#z6s,] E C@ \ nV

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.W(OR^ i
j C'g.n&K
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. *Y+{+i7iq_l [

kzBBxe:o FK A balance diet, and exercise regularly "_5k2E-s0JI
k(_S9{Q0g.`:|
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
U6~C];`)GF
/R_Al;L.K/Q&H*Z For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
'JK rw"z6r,f CdP T8qQ*S
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
