P.S. 要吸收蛋白質, 可以多吃豆類, 無咁多脂肪, 不過都要食肉, 因為豆類得Low-Level protein, 唔夠身體用的..,LTW'Bh$v$HR:ne
成年人對牛奶蛋白質的吸收很差, 所以飲好多奶唔代表你吸收0左好多蛋白質...雖然我都建議你飲, 因為都係有益的

Whey protein isolate powder that are for muscle builders... easier to be absorbed by your body because it had already been broken down by enzymes.
