蜂蜜薑湯材料:十公克老薑,蜂蜜一大茶匙,滾開水.rc:`F U
做法:把老薑磨成薑蓉,放入大水杯內,然後沖入滾水,上蓋,焗十分鐘.待薑水變溫後,加入蜂蜜攪拌即成.(要提醒大家,蜂蜜不宜用熱滾水混和,應用溫水,因為太熱的水會把蜂蜜的營養精華殺去的.)
此道飲品男女老少皆宜,應在每天早上和晚上沖洗前飲一杯.,連續飲用兩個月睡覺時冷冰的手腳會變得暖笠笠了.同時,這道飲品還可減肥及有美容功效. e\9Q7y(`
