蜂蜜薑湯$`1vU7X(Gx{材料:十公克老薑,蜂蜜一大茶匙,滾開水.NYz Z4j$WZ;r,C
做法:把老薑磨成薑蓉,放入大水杯內,然後沖入滾水,上蓋,焗十分鐘.待薑水變溫後,加入蜂蜜攪拌即成.(要提醒大家,蜂蜜不宜用熱滾水混和,應用溫水,因為太熱的水會把蜂蜜的營養精華殺去的.)
