所以幾時都可以訓得
因為永遠唔夠訓Ja(no3R IZ,v
至於點先可以訓到6E u-P!}#CZ
不妨係訓之前一個鐘做大量帶氧運動
跟手就食少少野
你會好快訓得著@1MtlT
而且仲好好訓 夜晚瞓唔倒,走去打保齡球,無記套醫生電視劇講的.:lol:
