我都已經有慣性疲勞
所以幾時都可以訓得
因為永遠唔夠訓

不妨係訓之前一個鐘做大量帶氧運動
跟手就食少少野
你會好快訓得著
而且仲好好訓 夜晚瞓唔倒,走去打保齡球,無記套醫生電視劇講的.:lol:v"k-t XC(L
