Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.* Y7 W0 U& Q' D6 P$ ]
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.* N2 e6 B+ n- \- x* M+ k

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
2 J% Y: a0 A6 N) Eand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
