Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.& V' G8 i9 ^2 U& s0 p2 Q9 M2 Q

and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
