for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

another is group discusion

all conducted in english& L5 x5 R1 }7 { K+ p1 @4 L
, z# A: W! x6 f2 P) a, Aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare% X! s. h9 e: T0 j3 x7 w

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 s. Q5 t$ h( ?/ Q u

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
