Mind your disturbance to people in public
When I travel Japan (same for France),
6 u' F; C+ m, H7 I) `1 W# p- Q* dI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
8 [% _: y+ s" ]# @7 l" XBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.: l8 W3 f$ W9 d; o! \

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
, V- c* {" ^. W) C0 n6 C- qand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.( B: W4 a! c( x% J- `4 V; k
Therefore I here announce people: 6 H/ U6 t( V" d) @9 m
MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
