for the preliminary interview:

1 is impromptu talk

1 N8 z7 [2 k$ ~5 H( S+ L" `' W; s# T* Dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ s: ?; Y$ {# L p
