for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......: k( C* @2 A5 l4 h. K! B8 S4 z! U4 [

for the extended interview: \& C9 ?- N. Y! B& E

it's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english+ A! Z( T3 U$ `# e

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' b1 R# ^* {5 {; x; F* Z

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion% p" x0 h2 r# C, a7 n; W
' N$ K# W) y5 n, B* a; `2 o( ^, W4 ~' D6 u! w5 p! ?# |) v
for final interview:
