Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.

B2 N" O' P& MHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,5 U6 L9 e3 T" k9 ?
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
