Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.: u; r/ J0 K3 G7 {
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers." l1 @( c* Q+ g& T# U: r

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,& ~5 ?& {3 G! c1 j1 n, r/ L! L# @ P
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.4 P0 o$ n% y$ r8 {9 Y3 g' t( V
