A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell
$ ^9 \) q* P8 L' Hphone at home. Just at that time a call came and he$ T0 U9 f' e. e+ c& ^; d& ?
answered it, with the instrument still connected to
8 W1 H9 s& U& X5 n6 K* s  @the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed+ f& _0 k( R4 r! @2 ^
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man  _! b$ m7 ~! k
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
