A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell1 ^! i! G! x. n6 c
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he  P3 K+ G; y; ^& V5 w" L
answered it, with the instrument still connected to
0 w; H0 W( L, G$ y; dthe outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed
3 C1 w2 Y  }# r+ hinto the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man  B9 F/ o6 K& ?7 h- V0 d" S; T9 ]
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
