A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell& Q8 @- {7 a4 c& c8 t8 h  @  w
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he

the outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed& H& d' i# D- V( {3 K! C, n
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man; [$ N. @5 I% a8 I8 ^3 W+ H3 C
was thrown to the ground with a heavy thud. - `' t0 s' c. q% P3 m# l
His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a; G/ t: ]6 S$ r
weak heartbeat and burnt fingers. He was rushed to- \0 ]- D# _6 O4 H6 G1 O
the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
