Stare at you isn't mean that they are perverts............

This is becoz HK people(Or simply Chinese) are all conservative minds.............
People here seldom wear skirt and shy to wear skirts............
So when a girl wear.......someone will look at you.......

But they will only look.......
never daring to do something impolite on you~~~
