for the preliminary interview:

9 b3 Z B% ?/ T2 M! @7 _there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

5 }5 O$ s( n. Mall conducted in english

; E6 l0 Z; b- {impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

Z: @- U) g9 q8 qgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 x; }) h0 h8 M

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!5 p. n# j3 @& D& u# Y. V
