for the preliminary interview:

: Y {& X8 k9 i1 [: `/ hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 ~( q: C8 Y; X8 ] s

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

1 Y g7 H( z4 |& J. E) }( eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!) L t% q% J, z" b
