" R" I" Q g& t) P. cthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( @% L1 @4 X& N. a! j/ f7 ~/ [. |- G4 D

- O' v* i3 o ~( b& _/ O* X. h4 n" Ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 j9 [7 M7 J2 I( t( U% Q

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
