6 k$ F# r$ s8 e/ {3 Q* n0 tthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......4 V6 m) n/ }+ b

for the extended interview:0 [4 ?# s1 q+ f& K/ s

' B$ r& t' Z- ^6 R8 V$ P5 }3 B5 Xit's divided into 2 sections,
. W& @5 z) a" @, Z1 is impromptu talk+ `9 J' V& ~* K! F
another is group discusion9 r" F2 n4 y# ?6 j) d% S$ `

! \- r: G; A) W4 U  L& M: rall conducted in english) ~/ R! x  V, k
( v* g7 Q2 m. C
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

H7 `+ O$ }5 O* m* I4 \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. U" ]. I' Z& J" H6 R2 K

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& u+ }% C: O( X  b4 f7 O
