I was counter-offered with this: 
A: AK, fields, monroe, barbosa
B: br.lopez, bargnani, josh smith, afflalo

Perhaps try Affalo + Kwame Brown for Monroe (he probably still rejects, then you need to add one more 'valuable piece' to ur offer and get one of his garbage - e.g. Barbosa / Hedo.)
That's why in my previous trade, I need to take Mayo because otherwise he wouldn't give away Camby.
If you can't get Monroe, my advise would be to look for an alternative buy-low candidate.
