if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go% h; q5 I: ]# T# H& R- E
1) open a company or7 a$ ]& Y, C) s
2) get promotion* K% k& x3 c  d# `4 ]+ u9 C
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
