even there is an inflation in recently, that's not related to salary issue.
. M' w9 q6 g# M' Q0 E, M' Qtoo many experts/technicans come from PRC and the vacancy of position would be fulfilled instantly/ n0 }. M, C$ n  e2 v7 H( P
no demand, how come to those supply?9 H6 D' n( t# ~* B- e& k# n
if ppl like to gain more, there are only 2 ways to go

2) get promotion. i9 l0 W. ~9 E; l
There would be no use to stay in the same position/company to "wait" for bonus/annual apprasial =.="
