I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..2 A  o) R+ |  v; J0 y
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment2 v8 L5 [% t1 w, n4 q0 x
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
