I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..3 s+ {* l9 ~5 |2 r  g
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment& [7 {5 b& f8 T, T4 t/ q
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
