I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely... J& q$ W6 o, \! b1 \! A6 @4 R! E
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment5 }/ b* Q. G& p0 u/ p& c
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
