Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
" k3 f+ S6 N1 D: y) B- }, F- g; M. f# m
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!
" R) b/ p+ q, Q1 sHigh-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 9 R; y, z  B' V( ]
  \8 {. }" ?1 y. H; b8 k
2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish." z1 K- ?) _3 ], Q; E" F$ s; C
2 K" n3 [- R7 }* O, g
Many research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. 3 [0 ^2 @: w& }5 |
; o5 ^# j) h  f& P) U
A balance diet, and exercise regularly
" V) c1 J9 K6 B2 z
; p' o0 h2 W  {' c: a' B7 m/ ?/ UEven though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
: M( p2 n% W$ A4 v' M  x$ O3 J, u; D# [9 N: [3 m: l/ K% }6 a
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning.
3 o6 B- H! d' f/ U3 G' Z# h/ x, O9 w! e& Z7 T6 F9 _/ B$ s5 t
Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
